I think this guitar neck is very nice, though its colour is very specific and might not match well with every guitar body's colour. The item I received was very well made, but I did have to make the holes for the tuners a bit larger by myself, as the Fender tuners that I bought (which were supposed to match) didn't fit. Not sure of the problem was from the tuners or from the neck, though. The adjustments were minor, in any case.

Colour unusable

I ordered this neck and should have matched it to the body before starting screwing in the tuners. Quality is great but the colour is pure orange, nothing in this colour is referring to something remotely vintage. I only managed to get an ok result with a black body, can’t picture any other colour matching with this.

Farbe: Knall Orange

Ich hatte diesen Hals für mein Black Strat Projekt gekauft und war nach dem auspacken doch etwas erschrocken. Die Farbgebung des Halses hat nichts mit Vintage zu tun sondern sieht einfach nur orange aus.
Im Sattelbereich war der Verlauf von Griffbrett zur Kopfplatte etwas schief verarbeitet, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat.
Die Bünde waren allerdings in Ordnung und das Soft-V Profil sehr angenehm. Der Sattel sollte dann allerdings gegen was Vernünftiges ausgetauscht werden.
Ich habe den Hals jetzt , vor allem wegen dem Profil, trotzdem verbaut in der Hoffnung das ich mich an die Farbe gewöhne. Ich habe aber den Verdacht das er über kurz oder lang wieder verkauft wird. Schade!
Vielleicht sollte man die Fotos in der Artikelbeschreibung etwas anpassen und den Rot Anteil etwas erhöhen.
Zuletzt: Die Bundstäbe sind überlackiert was aber kein Problem darstellt, denn nach etwas spielen oder etwas Polieren ist der Lack weg.
