Ahead SPG-ART Spinal Gl. Drum Throne

This seat is an absolute tank. Rock solid and unbelievably heavy (in a good way). The seat itself is medium firm I'd say, so is comfortable but also sturdy. My previous Mapex and Millennium stools were softer but almost had too much given. This one is a perfect combination.
With regards to the split and whether that makes much difference, it's too early to tell as I've only had a couple of sessions on it. Same with reliability.
However first impressions are really good.
Thomann were also far cheaper than anywhere else, nearly 20% less than the next cheapest I could find.
