Allparts Pot CTS 500K Lin

Bought these to replace the defunct controls in my bass.
I feel CTS pots are a consistent quality product that represents an upgrade to what most guitars are factory fitted with or a suitable equivalent to high end guitar equipment.
The crackly tone pot it replaced has been annoying since the late 90s, its taken me that long to spend a few pounds and a half hour to sort and now I naturally wish I had done it years ago.

I have order 3 of these for an old bass that had not been used for a few years, so the pots were completely gone.

This seems very sturdy and strong.
I have not had any issues with noise and the pot is linear, just like I need it. Gradually adding or decreasing the volume or tone of my sound.

Not much to talk about here, you'll find them in all the big name guitar. My tone pots needed replacing so went with these. The feel and sound great.

Middle of the road pot. Does nothing special but doesn't fall apart either. Mounting points are flimsy but turning resistance is good.

Not the first time that I buy these - quality stuff, lasts long, does the job as it should.

Lefty here! They are good but inconsistent in tolerance. It's better to buy some spare and measure them first before the application.

Smooth move and quality material.

Bought to replace the logarithmic volume pot on my tele. Does exactly what it says, no problems.

Bought for my Gibson Explorer 2011 USA.
Since the native potentiometers are linear and 500.
Haven't installed it yet, looks good.

Nice feel to them at least good value
