Finally a classical guitar with metal strings
I've been looking so long for something that would have a great fit for me like my old classical guitar, but with metal strings. And this is it - similar size, similar feel. Wider nut (not as wide as my classical, but it's better than my strat) - my fingers have enough room to move around.
It's 1 meter long just like my classical guitar. 12-fret design just like classical. And it has a truss-rod if you want to adjust your action. I was in love from the first chord.
The guitar sings with a lot of overtones - very rich out of the box, and crazy long sustain. Through the amp, it sounds amazing. It doesn't trample my voice when I sing, it complements it. Oh and, it has great dynamics - it can stay very quiet, and it can get banging loud. I know because I'm a earth-shattering-fretbuzzing hard hitter.
It takes both fingers and pick very well. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a built-in tuner which would come in handy at gigs.
If you are looking for an acoustic guitar similar to a classical guitar - look no further. For me this one is a keeper!
