Behringer X 32 Rack B-Stock

I think, this is a perfect solution for the smaller gigs in complicated rooms, where you often can't find a good place to position the mixer.
This little beast has total of 22 ins and 14 outs (note that AUX in's don't have a phantom power), totally recallable scenes, DCA's and some high quality effects on board.

iPad app is really easy to use and intuitive, I liked it a lot more than Mackie DL series one (though, heard many talking it's the best one). This form-factor eliminates the need of the stage-box and saves you a lot of money + you can always connect a S16 or the newer stage boxes for the extra channels with a short CAT5 cable.

And, for me personally, it's really crucial to have an emergency option of setting things up on the screen with knobs on the unit itself, in case if your iPad connection f**ks up or it gets stolen :-)

Let's not forget about the 32x32 USB recording interface...
