A good idea, but will take some adaptations of technique
A friend introduced me to these and they look great, so I ordered a few in different sizes. It might be my thumb technique, but I tend to pick with a more forward action, so the side action required to use these well doesn't really come naturally - I can see that if I cam going to use them I'm going to have to re-train my brain and hand into a slightly different position, and the reality is I'm probably not going to slow myself down to be able to do that. We'll see...

You need to learn the extra technique to use this type of plectrum however

good but bit tight for me
love this pic but spring is uncomfortably tight and no way to adjust it
