Bruno Tilz Adapter Trombone-Bass Trombone

I have four different mouthpieces for a narrow-bore Bach trombone, and wanted to be able to try them in a Conn 88 I have been lent. The Bruno Tilz adapter makes it easy to do the cross-comparison of tone on the two instruments. The adapter is well made and has a good finish, as expected of a Tilz product.
This is clearly a very effective way of trying small-bore mouthpieces on a larger-bore instrment, without the expense of replacing the entire mouthpiece collection. It arrived very quickly, too, despite the problems with corona virus: excellent service from Thomann, again.
