I purchased two of these cables for backup and second cab. I had compared it to the top quality, hand made cable with ultra thick shielded wires which was soldered by a real professional. Compared this cable against the clear go-to cable. Cranked the volume up like hell on my Bugera 6262 head. This cable does the job just the same as the top quality cable. You won't get any gain drops or whatnot. Took the head of the cable apart to see how the soldering job was and it was really good. This cable won't let you down. But it's always a good idea to check the soldering joint once a while because having no speaker connected to your head may damage the output transformer of your amp. I am happy with this and i highly recommend this cable for the budget. It really is hard to find another cable within this price range that'll not kill your 50w, 100w, 120w amp heads with the volume cranked up. Get a couple of these and you'll have all the backup you need for many years to come. Just buy it!

Good quality speaker cable with excellent Neutrik Jack plugs. Ideal for older classic amps speakers cabs, and modern micro amps such as Elfs, Gnomes, (and other mythical woodland creatures) that don't have Speakon connectors.
Speaker cables are an important part of the signal path, so it is well worth getting good quality ones for a few euro/pounds more. I use these 2.5mm cables for medium power output applications, i.e. typically for bass amplifiers up to a maximum of 500 (above this I use 4mm cables).
