Very light weight bass and with the Bartolini preamp this bass has a clarity and the wood resonance is different

I'd say that the sound is not for everyone but it definitely if that middle EQ got you is so hard to not fall in love with.

A very fun instrument to play too

This bass sounds great and feels comfortable to play at 4kg. The tone quality is solid and it's enjoyable to play overall.
However, there are some notable problems. The backside finish scratches very easily - my belt buckle left a visible mark on the back. As for electronics, even with active mode "off," the bass won't work at all without a battery. Also, the B string goes out of tune when playing high up the neck.
Great core sound and playability, but these design issues are a bit frustrating.
