If you are used to play with Jazz-III picks I recommend you to try these.
The grip is wonderfull, the pick stays perfectly between my fingers and is easy to move compared to picks with 'sandpapaer' grips.
I'm unshure about the durability, I feel that they wear a little early compared to Jazz-III, but compared to how wonderfull they play it's a minuscule drawback that I rarely think about.

Not much to say, I love these picks, jazz 3 shape is great, thickness is perfect, you don't lose your grip with these. Highly recommend for shredding.
