As usual for D'addario strings these are excellent sounding and feeling.

The low end is crisp and smooth really letting you hear the low notes which is a hard feat to achieve this far down.

The strings are a dream to play on, smooth and flexible giving a great amount of physical feedback when you pick but also not feeling feel flimsy or breakable. It's easy to see why some bass players never change their strings when they have access to strings like these, they feel like they'll last a life time.

All in all, grab these strings, I bought these to put on my 4 string bass and they're a dream to play and listen to.

These are my favourite, most comfortable strings I have ever had the pleasure of using. They are excellently made, the customer service is great if you ever need to get hold of the guys at D'addario and the tone. The sound is so crisp and clear and have the best drop tuning capabilities of any strings. They are so stable it's unreal. I absolutely adore these strings and the brand. The low B is also the least muddy sounding I have ever heard and never gets lost in the mix of a song. They last for ages as well and will never break on you unless there is a fault with your neck or bridge.
