Just put on PRS SE Custom24. It fits perfectly. You can put it on high E as showed on Daddario website, but also on B string as me. I think there is not bother your hand but you can see the display anyway. That's really a good product. Seems specific for PRS SE. Does not fit on PRS Custom Core USA hardware.
Works good as tuner and very good idea overall.
But after a few months of use, the screw broke and I had to look for a replacement 🫤
So, this one is good tuner with bad screws 🤷🏻♂️
I am very satisfied with these tuners, in all aspects. This specific mounting method is a bit problematic as backs of headstock are commonly crowded place. Out of my few ukuleles and bass guitars, I mounted this one on Mahalo bass solidbody "uke".
My only peeve is that there is no "underside" (clip or screw-in) to buy without tuner. If there were any, I would have a unmber of these mounts on my ukes and basses and probably a third NS Micro tuner.
No questions to the tuner itself. I have already several small D'Addario micro headstock tuners and they rocks! I have it attached on my classic guitar — not behind the head, but on the side — and it fits great.
Only thing is about the applied screws — they are cheap. I had to screw it in the wood with some force (original was shorter), and the screw head slightly crumbled under the screwdriver's pressure. I hope that I will have no need to replace it later.
I can't count how any clip-on tuners I've lost over the years, but once this is mounted, it's always there. You just have to replace one of the machine head screws and it's done. Small and discrete, it sits out of sight behind the headstock. I've put one on both my acoustics
