Doughty T58400 Twenty Clamp BK

These clamps are the very best there is! because they are very small and compact which enables me to put my lights in cases with the clamps left on the light fixture which saves so much time. out the case, on the truss, out the case, on the truss. no messing about. I have been using clamps for 40 years, these Doughty Twenty Clamps are Brilliant!!

we bought a dozen of this clamp, because the price is ok
but i found a few disadvantages
first when i put screw through clamp and U steel of moving head i cant turn the main screw so i need to put washer beetwen, and than when i turn this main screw till the end movg head is not firmly on truss you can swing them. So it do the job, but there are and better clamps.

Love these, used to use C clamps however converted to these when I got a few to try them out. They do not damage the truss in the way C clamps do as they have a curved claw on the inside that fits nicely and grips tightly. Also you get all the needed bolt and nut with washer with them which makes life easier. Used them many times and up to now I'm very happy with this product. Will definitely buy more in the future.

I'd seen these clamps for some time but never bought any. Having just got new moving heads I decided to fit them all with these. So easy to use (2 turns to close on truss). Would prefer to see a wing bolt supplied though, for easier fixing by hand.

This has to be the best little clamp we have ever taken into stock. It is so versatile, very cost effective and easy to rig.
The standard 17mm nut is captive in the body of the clamp making it easy to rig with just one wrench of spanner. The clamps design makes it easy to rig a lamp at awkward angles and its light weigh design makes t ideal for space and weight saving applications.
Best little clamp out there!!

perfect if used over a truss cover since it doesn't need to grab all around the truss like a regular c-clamp (so you don't rip the truss cover) but it should be a lot cheaper.

Very easy to use with things that hang under the truss. Quick and simple.

The bolt and nut can fall out in transport however so it's a good idea to tighten them on somthing.

I would not use them to hang a heavy object at an angle but otherwise they are great.

I have many of these now the reson being there easy fast to use safe and no problem. For light weight fittings I would recommend with no problem one of the best clamps I've used
