strings died after couple of hours
I aplied the strings late at night and didn't really play much. I wake up the next morning only to find out that the d and g strings went completely dead. I am 100% sure i aplied them correctly, and pretty sure they aren't twisted (i bent the end before cutting them in order to prevent them from twisting). I remounted them multiple times, still nothing
I think it is largely due to the packaging as they were in thin, unsealed envelopes meaning humidity may have comprimised them. You are really paying for the colour and you will be better of with a set of harley benton value bass strings as I had better experience with those (wich cost about 5 euro)
+they left a collor mark both on my mousepad and my headstock. Stay away

Not bad but...
I've had those for about 4 months now and my D string is dying fast, it stopped producing sound on some frets and this is not a problem coming from my bass guitar...

Amazing strings that the crowd love!
I love these strings. Cobine with a blacklight on stage for lots of admiring comments and to ensure your band is always remembered.
They sound like good, high-quality roundwounds but sadly have the usual roundwound cons of a fairly short self-life.

Amazing strings.
I got these as gift for my female bass player friend as the strings on her epiphone sg bass were a bit Errrr dud! She adores the colours and it's given the old stick à bit of crunch which is what it was definitely missing.
