Dunlop Heavy Core Heavier

I bought these strings for D standard tuning. They're perfect for that, having a little (not much) more tension than most other sets. I also like how the low strings are balanced against the high ones in terms of output.
They're aimed at metal players for sure, but I must note they have a terrific clean sound, sweet and slightly compressed. I really love them for this. The only thing that could make this set better for me is a wound 3rd string, which I prefer, but I don't think Dunlop makes a set like that.
