Especially if you use a rack system - you don't need to have an extra bulky, heavy and expensive tom/accessory holder.
These are a great idea from DW, they can be clamped by most regular rack clamps, are much cheaper and lighter than traditional bulky tom holders.

Security for my hanging toms
These are little beasts! I have all hanging toms on my kit and from large to small there is no issue with any creeping or loosening after locking my toms onto these. My toms, rack and I are very happy!
