Good strings. Only the 3 strings [wound] are actually coated (not everyone knows this).
Plain strings are stainless steel, so if you do a lot of bends, they will wear off your frets faster than nickel plated or tin plated ones.

What I came to love and expect. Keeps my guitars stringed for way longer than any other in my climate.
The sound is a little different but if you have many guitars it's a great choice
