Writing to inform you about a problem with the Epiphone MB-100 banjo I recently received
Upon unpacking the instrument, I noticed that the 5th tuning peg was not in its proper position. When I attempt to tighten the string, the peg simply falls out of its hole and will not stay in place, making it impossible to tune or play the instrument.
