I was expecting a little darker roasted maple
As I said, the color is a little bit light for a roasted maple neck.
I also bought a lefty version of the same neck. The lefty one is very dark and rich, like a roasted maple. But this one is very bright. Almost like a regular maple neck.
Other than that, the quality and playability is very good.
I am pleased with the purchase.
