Gibraltar SC-DPP Falams Head Protection

Protects the head, but I noticed the edges will start sticking out and need to be pushed back onto the head every now and then. Despite this, I thing this is a good product.

The patch will protect the head, no doubt. But the ends already came loose without even playing it so ir doesn't stick to head well. I can imagine having to press it sometimes. It also alters the sound in a negative way in my opinion. I would suggest a Remo or Evans patch.

I bought this protective sticker to be able to use felt beater of my bass drum pedal on the mesh head. The only thing it should do is adhere to the drum head, but keeps peeling off from the start. Did not find any exclusions regarding mesh heads in the description. Not recommended. My second and last Gibraltar purchase, both terrible.

I Bought this in December 2022 and so far I haven't even received it.

All in the headline, really. The corners of the patch started peeling away pretty much as soon as I stuck it on the skin. Had to carefully cut away the parts that peeled off.

They are not bad, I bought 3 of them to use it on my drums..
Works fine even with the wood beaten. Great

I put the protector on one of my drum head a while ago. It still is perfectly straight compared to another drumset on which I play a lot. You will get significant dents in your drumhead without one of these protectors.
The sides have started to lift up from all the playing but a quick rub re-sticks them to the head.
Overall a good product. It is quite cheap and can save you a lot of money on base drum heads

these guys can peel off..my one keeps peeling..even though i put it on a new, clean head..gibralter need to get some better glue!

Provides protection for your bass drum head, as it's meant to do. Not much more to say about it. A good purchase, very affordable!
