If you prefer to have a guitar tech or a luthier to set your instruments up for you, this product is obviously not for you.
But if you do these things on a regular basis, it's extremely useful and convenient. Before I got this, I kept using a towel, which is not perfect, so to speak.
The mat doesn't slip, the neck rest can be used in two positions, whichever you need at the moment.
No issues whatsoever. Very satisfied with the purchase.

The neck rest is just OK, but be careful with the mat because it may cause the scratches.
