The device is technically flawed and doesn't work with the dedicated app.
The worst guitar pedal I've ever bought. When I tried to update to the latest version, the device froze and wouldn't respond to any attempts to complete the update or restore factory settings. There's no real way to fix this. Looking online, I'm not the only one with this experience. The manufacturer seems to have this problem with more than just this model. Unfortunately, it's a complete disappointment. I'm returning the device to the store. I can't deal with it anymore. I absolutely don't recommend it.
