The shipping was decent, it had it's own plastic bag, which you can use in the future, and it was well protected.
The aesthetic quality of the cymbal was great, besides a few dents that are common in all cast bronze cymbals.
The sound, i would say was a bit dissapointing for me, it was waaay too bright for my taste. It has the thin, papery sound that you know, but it also has a very glassy, bright overtone to it, which, to my taste, wasn't that good, because i wanted a darker, deeper cymbal.
Overall the cymbal is good, it also has a nice, beautiful complexity to it, despite being simpler than other istanbul cymbals.
Definitely worth the price, but the sound is unusual.
