K&M 12140 Universal Table TopStand

Pros:
I was surprised at the quality of this stand. My studio room is quite small so having this stand allowed me to gain at least 15cm of space all around as I was using a floor standing music stand before for my stage piano.

There's plenty of play to position at a suitable angle and it's very stable.

Cons:
There isn't absolute freedom to rotate the stand with respect to the legs but it's not disappointing. I'm more disappointed at the lack of space I have.

The lip at the bottom of the plate holding your music could be larger, but it hasn't really been a problem for me. I recognise that my previous stand was 'big'.

Seriously recommend it. I can see this product will last.

There are little to no alternatives to this product. I needed a music stand to put on a table top next to the PC or on the top of an electric piano.

The stand itself is very robust. I was not aware that the holding plate can detach so easy (not a bad problem), which makes packing away and transport very easy. The v-shape socket between the plate and the legs makes a very secure fit and when tightened up it will remain very stable.

I previously bought the K&M keyboard stand which was built like a tank, and this is no different.

The price seems high when compared with other music stands, but with the build quality and ease of transportability, I cannot fault this stand.
