Absolutely perfect for pointing the speakers down across the audience, without unstablizing the speaker/stand unit.
Speaker base is moved back, but speaker top is forward, leaving the speaker weight exactly central on the stand and fully stable.
My summer music is mostly on stages around 1 meter high, rather than place my speakers on the front of the stage and at the merci of the few usual wayward characters, I can now "stand" my speakers and deliver the sound down where it is needed.
The bracket is plenty heavy and I cannot see it being damaged by misuse.
The bolt through the speaker riser was too long for thr supplied domed nut, I had to use an ordinary nut (un'domed) to overcome this problem.
I may replace the speaker riser with aluminum, the original is steel and very heavy, too heavy for my speaker/mic stand carry bag.
A great concept which truly does its designed task well.

Enfin! une platine inclinée désaxée. La fente pour ajuster le désaxement n'est pas indispensable mais le fait de pouvoir démonter le tube permet de s'adapter à plusieurs système de fixation des enceintes. J'étais à deux doigts de m'en fabriquer, quand je les ai découverts. L'angle est fixe mais au moins il sera identique sur les boites installées. Je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent donner de l'angle à leurs enceintes sans déséquilibrer leur pied. Merci K&M

Ein Muss, wenn man zwei aktive Boxen ab 10 Zoll auf Ständer stellt. Durch die Bauart liegt der Schwerpunkt mehr mittig auf dem Ständer, wodurch dieser deutlich sicherer steht.
Durch das Kippen werden Reflektionen an den Wänden vermieden, der Sound ist hörbar besser und: Die Tanzfläche wird besser beschallt, die Umgebung (etwas) entlastet.
