Got this one for my basist. We share one receiver to get 2 separate mono mixes to our ears.
And here is why i take one star off:
Even though our receivers are hard panned left/right we can still hear a little bit of the other side. It's really no problem when we both hear our full mixes cause they cover the "bleed" but seems like a very easy to fix detail before you launch a product on the market.
Other than that never had any problems

Clean sound and very easy to use
It is very strong, clean sound and the IR sync works perfectly. Highly recommended
