excellent stand
I bought this as well as;
Manfrotto 1005BAC Ranker Stand (too flimsy and lightweight)
and Manfrotto 126BSU (too heavy and more expensive)
I sent these two back and have kept this, it's solid and well put together and more than enough for smaller lights like the ones I am using (Amaran P60x and Amaran 200x with a light dome)
