Solid and sturdy
As expected from Manfrotto gear it's top quality. All the elements work perfectly. The pole itself is relatively lightweight and easy to move around.

Great space saving solution
I use it to hang multiple softboxes which works great. Also going to use it for either a mic or camera. Up now for over 6 months and remains very stable. Would recommend!

Surprisingly well-built
It can be used not only vertically, but also horizontally just under the ceiling and is so sturdy—doesn't even need to be disassembled, can be left with all the lights right there!
