Manfrotto MVKBFRT-LIVE Befree Alu Tripod

I put a Sony mini DV cam on this in a ferociously strong wind (ok I did put it behind my car so it didnt take the full impact of the wind) but still, it did a great job of holding the camera and also has a lot of flexibility in terms of how the legs are configured in relation to the head and centre column. As with other Manfrotto pods, this little unit is great to have as a second or third pod. I wouldnt only rely on it, but for light shoots, its fantastic.

I was looking for a quality-build compact tripod with a lot of flexibility, featuring a good fluid head and reasonably priced. I found it in this device. It's built sturdily, it can be easily un-folded and deployed. All mechanisms and joints run smooth.

Recommended.

I love this small stand it's everything you need. I don't shoot at very windy locations tho and it's height isn't even that big for me to be afraid of it to crash. Easy assembly and disassembly.
