Good quality overall of construction, but the sound is very bland and imprecise. The slap sound is very impressive, but when you play with finger it gets very messy. The neck is comfortable to play, but the color is not as nice as the photos, looks very bad in person. You have a lot of control knobs but it’s hard to get a nice clean sound.

See it in person first. Color/texture not as seen in the pictures
The instrument seems fine overall and I like the pots and electronics, and especially the weight and balance.
But the photos here does not show the true color and texture of the instrument. It has a VERY distressed finish and the color is a lot more metallic than the picture shows. Looks like a discarded mint wrapper. I guess this series is targeting a fairly narrow audience. I ended up sending it back.
