It plays like a dream
First time 5 string bass owner, and first time JJ bass owner.. I’m so happy I chose this one.
It feels and plays like a premium brand, and sounds AMAZING. I’ve been playing it for 1 week none stop.
Only comment that the volume and tone switches sometimes move together when I only want to adjust one of them.
Other than that it’s an amazing bass, and I’m really happy I purchased it

Very happy with this bass!
Bought this as soon as it came out. I was in the market for a new bass and had heard nothing but good things about the Marcus Miller basses, and this new gen definitely lives up to the hype. Build quality is excellent, and the range of sounds you can get is fantastic. Plays like it cost twice what it goes for. I've yet to use the 5th string much, but it's there when I need it!
