Meinl Artisan Doumbek Palace

This is the most expensive of the Meinl Artisan range because it has the fanciest decoration. I thought, well if you're going to get one might as well get the nicest one. Since I've been using it people have indeed commented on how lovely it looks.

The sound is nice and crisp at the edges with a snappy metallic crack, while venturing into the centre produces that bass boom you want. Very happy with this beautiful instrument.
