Comfortable + helps prevent blisters
The grip tape made my sticks quite a bit thicker which was welcome as I liked the feel of a bigger stick, and stopped my hands from slipping while holding them. They also helped prevent blisters, although it is still possible to get them while playing.

Intuative not!
Came with no instructions and for the life of me I can not work out how to apply them?
