Millenium QuiHead 12" Black Mesh Head

I installed the Millenium QuiHead on a 12" snare drum of a Tama Club Jam Mini to be able to practise with less noise. The meshhead achieved exactly that. The sound of course differs from an acoustic set with "real" drumheads, but for my purposes the meshhead is ideal. Even without a trigger, the snare drum, with a regular reso-head, gives of a snare sound. It seems very durable and the response is similar to a regular head if under the right tension.

Weather you live in an apartment or have sensitive neighbors, this is your choice. Budget-wise one too.

Great quality especially compared to other similar higher priced products. Looks very durable and also does the job that is supposed to do. Reduces the sound and still having the tone. Of course you can improve tone by adding a cloth below it, which will of course increase the volume (if this not a big issue)

These feel great and have been working well for me for the past 2 weeks. They are single ply so they are a little bouncy. But if you tune lower you can tweak the feeling a bit. I have no signs of wear after 2 weeks of about half an hour to an hour of play each day. Overall I would highly Recommend.
