I bought both these Felt Picks and the Flex Tech Plectrums.
They are definitely much better then the leather ones also from Ortega as they are made from one piece of material.
They are a bit "fat" but the hole in the middle really does make it easier to hold.
If you want a more mellow and more finger-y sound but still loud enough, these are the picks for you.
If you want to get really loud with your uke - go for the Flex Tech Plectrums.
Or just buy both like i did!

I have bought those and a set of Ortega OGP-F-H3 Felt Picks, 4 mm, HARD (Item number: 458913). And those are harder than the 4 mm hard ones from the same brand!!! Everything about those is harder, those are less flexible and less squishy, than the 4 mm hard version.
