Not working with Phantom on.
Pros: Small size , good for backup solution, provides a basic service.
Cons: Cheap transformer, if your mixing desk has seperate phantom switch for each channel, then leave it off. Phantom will saturate the transformer and will distort sound and low frequencies will disappear.
