I sell Finke horns in the UK and now recommend this case.
The Finke horns are fairly deep as well as a large wrap, so this case is perfect for all Finke double horns.
Cardo cases are also large enough, but VERY expensive and about the same external dimensions.
This Protec holds horn and mute and also has a large padded section for other items and a mouthpice pouch.
The horn body is held securely and the bell has a protective holder.
Not the lightest case in the world, but is a good price and well manufactured. It also and has a large space for music without folding or creasing.
It would have got a full 5 star rating, but I object to paying extra for backpack straps which should come free with the case.

Ich hatte etwas Sorge, ob mein doch relativ großes Horn überhaupt reinpassen würde. Da aber das Innenleben in alle Richtungen verstellbar ist (mittels großflächigen Kettverschlüssen), lassen sich die Polsterungen beliebig anpassen. Genial finde ich auch das riesige Notenfach vorne, das problemlos eine Notenmappe und auch noch gerne ein Notenpult aufnimmt. Extrafächer für Pflege- und Schreibutensilien, sowie Platz für einen Horndämpfer runden das Ganze ab. Ich habe auch das Rückentragesystem dazugenommen, das leicht zu befestigen war und wirklich guten Tragekomfort bietet.
Alles in allem ist dieser Hornkoffer ein perfekter Begleiter, ob auf Konzertreisen mit dem Orchester oder auch wenns mal mit der Tanzlmusi auf die Alm geht. Und das zu einem hervorragenden Preis.
