Fantastic guitar – far exceeded my expectations!
What a beautiful instrument! I’ve never played a guitar this resonant before. The build quality is flawless, and the tuning stability is exceptional—it easily stays in tune for days.
The neck pickup delivers a warm, dynamic single-coil response, while the bridge humbucker gives you a crisp, articulate rock sound with just the right amount of grit. Split into single-coil mode, the DS-01 sounds a bit thin on its own, though it yields a very pleasant, snappy funk tone when combined with the neck pickup.
It handles drives and fuzzes amazingly well and responds beautifully to adjustments on the volume and tone knobs. Absolute masterpiece.
