But not for me, because I really want to have my Marshall cleans clean enough. Even in it's cleanest position it is a bit hairy. Ii is less when you use the limiter. Also for the other modes the clean could be cleaner, but there it is less prominent. On you tube video's this is not clear at all.
Apart from my clean demands, I think it is a very good unit if you want a simple analog amp sim with the typical advantages of the analog amp sim : pleasant feel and good handling of fuzz. The exactness of the sounds is less important. But they are in the region and much fun. I think the limiter is very succesfull. It brings a lot of amp like response on a very subtle way. The stereo out is only with mic outputs and not with jacks wich would be better. The size is great for home practice amp replacement. I don't think it is too big. The composition is very simple and gives you a real amp feel with those simple knobs like on a real amp.

So if you want the analog amp-sim and are used to play a little hairy, I can advice it.
