As usual with Rean/Neutrik products, you recieve a well built, sturdy plug. Easy to solder, doesn't wear out. This specific model fits a regular guitar/mic cable with a little bit of force, but no damage to the cable (make sure to check the cable diameter before purchasing).

Ok-ish connector. Be carefull with soldering. The soldering strips can break off easily when bending. So, don’t bend them :-)
Outer case is sturdy.
There is no cable guide outwards, however I never had a problem having a cable break.
