I actually didn't use them for cables but instead I used them to make cable "tips" so that loose cables laying on ground, connected to mixer don't work as antennas and don't collect EM noise. Soldering was easy, assembly easy as well. Connectors are quite heavy but it good thing - reduces cable natural ability to tangle. Chrome finish feels really nice.

Make "spliter" for acoustic with this.
It fits well with no problem to instal,works good.

I am using this for an extension cable with one strain of Cordial CMK 422 Twin cable. It feels like those two are made for each other - they fit nicely.
Soldering was relatively easy and those L/R connectors do not move, which means there's no change of getting a short.
It's nice.

I had two of these and I had problems with both.

The connection is good, as I expect of Neutrik. The Strain relief is, however, only of the flat metal kind you bend around the jacket of the cable, making it hard to resolder. It's the best of this kind of jack I've found, but I would like a design more like Neutriks XLR or angled mini-jack strain relief.
I did not have any connection problems with it yet - though I don't like soldering it. Neutrik spoiled me.

A useful thing, but inconvenient when coding near thick cables.

I use it for some more electronic purpose.
The jack insert has good contact and works like a charm.
No cons at all. Neutrik is always the best.
