Denn dieser macht den Sound leider ganz schön futsch! Der Klang wird total flach und matschig und außerhalb des Dots extrem hell und obertonreich!

Beim PS 3 ohne Dot gibt es hierbei vom Center zum Rand einen stufenlosen sehr schönen Übergang - für einen Pressroll unverzichtbar! Beim PS 3 m. Dot ist dieser Übergang - ich würde mal sagen - Digital!
Und das Argument der längeren Haltbarkeit kann ich auch nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Ein Snarefell ist bei mir nach 3 - 4 Monaten durch, egal ob mit oder ohne Dot! Damit muss man leben!

Fazit: Bitte unbedingt vorher ausprobieren! Meine Meinung: Powerstroke 3 - Hui! Mit Dot - Pfui!
