Well made but slippery
The problem is bad friction control of the ball joint. When the screw is relaxed, there is zero friction immediately. To increase friction the screw must be tightened very tight, it's almost hard to do it with fingers to achieve a good lock.
Can be used, but there are competitors with better friction control at the ball joint.
Otherwise the build is very solid, the plate lock is designed very cleverly so it won't slip out when released. The look is great and professional.
