Had a wrist fracture in my fret hand during my youth, hand's been well since but hadn't realised how much more mobility and strength I'd require since I've decided to pick up learning the guitar. Been using this product for a bit and it has shown to be a useful tool to help improve movement and strengthen my hands.

might be boring to do the simple opening and closing of the fingers, but keep in mind that it really helps and prevents injuries in exchange of 5/10 minutes before and after playing.

After some months it has started to develop little cracks, so it won’t last many years.

Been using this daily for few minutes and seems to do the trick! First two days were hard, but quick progress and now my strength has increased noticeably. Only worry is the elastic finger loops, have to be careful not to twist and break them. would buy again.

Bought this as I was trying to recover from "tennis elbow" or epicondylitis. I tried many options and so far this one seems the best by far. Highly recommended!

My stamina improved after 3 days of useing it

its a very well made exercise ball, tougher then the normal kind. the aded elastics are a nice idea and if you go to the bother of using them they will help over time, but most won't use them after the first 2 days I recon. I've no idea how you'd make it better/easier to use but, maybe solid rings, then they slip.... smaller hands, get yourself some smaller hands, sorted

Its a great workout for your fingers.

It helps with guitarsits elbow. Anyway worths trying.

Cool thing to have when your away from your guitar and don't want to loose your grip and speed.
