Retrofit for SX PBass

These are a great replacment for SX basses, they are super lightweight really make a difference to the balance of the bass.

the only downside is that there is no installation guide or tips and they don't use screws to secure them to the bass. the tunners lock into the bass using pegs with u have to drill the holes for. i would strongly suggest making a template and testing on a scrap piece of wood to make sure u get a strait and flush alignment.

Das Optimum gegen Kopflastigkeit !

Ich baue meine Bässe mittlerweile selbst aus ausgesuchten Parts zusammen.
Da ich Precision-Bass Fan bin aber mit massiven Rückenproblemen zu tun habe, kann ich keine Bässe von der Stange nehmen ( zu schwer ). Da ich die Bässe mit "leichten Bodys" ( z.B. SwampAsh ) baue, kann ich keine normalen (schweren) Mechaniken verbauen da der Bass sonst stark kopflastig wird. Mit diesen Mechaniken (47g pro Stück) ist das Thema Kopflastigkeit vom Tisch ! Der Unterschied den 150-200g weniger Gewicht an der Kopfplatte ausmachen ist enorm ! ( Hebelgesetz ;-) Kann ich nur empfehlen, auch bei normal schweren Bässen eine echte Alternative da der Bass ja dadurch auch leichter wird !
