Schilke Trombone 50 Small

I use this with a king 3B for jazz. I was a relative beginner who had not had much experience with different mouthpieces, but was having difficulty using shallow cups. It gives a really deep rich tone and is very good for getting low notes, but flexible enough to get the higher register as well, although i think it is best for lower. Schilke were recommended by a tuba -playing friend who says he never looked back after buying one and I feel the same about this. I would highly recommend this mouthpiece

I use a shilke 50 large shank for another trombone and wanted to try the small shank. What a pleasure ! Sound is nice and scaling is easy...
Mouthpiece is very well crafted, so I should be able to keep it a long time.
