Yes, it is better then the Neutrik NE8FF, It's more compact and most of all it's actually CAT5E rated. We measure all our CAT cables with a Qualifier, only cables that meet the CAT5E spec are used. The neutrik NE8FF only measured CAT3.....
PS, the best quality ethercon coupler is still the neutrik NE8FFX6-W, its cat6A rated and waterproof but double the price and impossible to label it.
