Does the job, but the silver plating oxidises quickly. This ligature feels very "bare-bones". Of course, it is really inexpensive as well, so the basic feel doesn't come as a surprise.

Great ligature for the price, sopranino being not the easiest instrument, small things like the ligature make a surprisingly big difference to the playability and ease of playing, and this is a good quality, highly responsive ligature.
