these were great!!,i got two i admit i think i got the wrong size but it was fine a bit of DIY with an angle grinder and some surplus pole i fixed it,i have hung LED par cans on this up to 750 profile lights so i am very impressed,another great buy and what a bargain!

Heavy duty cross bar
Good cross bar over all. It could have more holes for different light placement but you can always do that yourselves. Just REMEMBER, NEVER exceed the recommended weight load and place the lights (weight) evenly. Preferably in pairs.
