Well, what can you say about a safety cable, you will only ever know if it works when whatever it is protecting fails!... I can assure any buyer of this cable that they will not be disappointed with this cable as it is well over engineered with regards to it's stated 15kg safety load... I am using these cables to provide public safety for my wall mounted speakers and for this purpose they are more than suitable for the job... the cable is stainless steel and both ends of the cable are reinforced with cable eyes and a heavy duty pressed or machined ferrule... the locking eye is a screw type and the only way of improving this item would be to have a quick release or snap lock type of hook to make rigging and de-rigging lights quicker, a minor grumble as this is a great value from Stairville as usual :)
